02. How to make order & payment?
For order:
A) sending your inquiry with the chemical you are interested in and let’s know the quantity you prefer and your destination, we would quote you ASAP. At same time, could communicate online for the chemical, and incoterms.
B) Once making agreement, PI or contract will be sent to you by email or online.
For payment:
We accept payment by wire transfer(T/T), West Union, Paypal, or Credit card, etc.
03. What's your delivery time?
Usually we arrange the shipment in 3-7 working days for those goods in warehouse after the contract or your payment according to incoterms.
For those goods to be manufactured, we will keep communication with you about the progress once a week, and do our best to catch up with the lead time.
04.How about the packing?
A) Under 5Kgs, Aluminum foil bag/solid, HDPE bottle/liquid
B)Usually packaging the solid with Cardboard barrel, Kraft bag or Woven bag according to the chemical characteristics and customer requirements;
C)For liquid chemicals, packaging it with Galvanized barrel, HDPE drum, or IBC tank in 25L, 50L, 200L, or 1000L, according to the chemical characteristics and customer requirements.
D)The pallet is always available.
05.How about the validity of the products?
The chemicals quality guarantee periods are different according to its characteristic. The period is usually two years.
We guarantee that there are at least 6months for the chemical quality after reached in your hand.
